Ruth is a graduate of printed textiles from Heriot Watt University; her graduate collection celebrates the fun of naive dressing up. Inspiration was drawn from old photographs and items associated with theme, i.e mirrors, Jewellery, etc. colour was a derivative aspect of this collection. understanding the importance of colour,  alongside her keen interest in current trends within fashion, ruth has developed her unique creative writing and has become a  well-rounded and able designer.
